Clarett Group Adds Garden to Condo

NEW YORK CITY-With 80% of the condos sold, the developer is hoping a new winter garden will bring the 55-story building to full occupancy.

NEW YORK CITY-The developer of Sky House, a newly-delivered luxury condominium in Madison Square Park is building a 300-sf glass-enclosed winter-garden on the terrace of the duplex on the 51st floor of the 55-story condo building. The hope is to close that unit with what is expected to be an $8.2 million sale.

The Clarett Group delivered Sky House at the beginning of the year. It is located at 11 East 29th St. between Fifth and Madison avenues. The apartments start at the sixth floor and are topped off by a full-floor penthouse of nearly 3,000 sf.
