New hires and promotions across the country.

DENVER-This management and technology consulting firm has tapped Scott Wesson as managing director. As such, he will lead the expansion of the locally based company’s multi-housing real estate practice. He brings to RealFoundations more than 22 years of experience in developing and deploying technology and process strategies, focusing on leading change initiatives and driving process improvements for real estate firms. He has spent the past 11 years at Aimco, where he was chief information officer and chief strategy officer.

Kennedy Wilson BEVERLY HILLS, CA-Zazell V. Dudley has joined Kennedy Wilson’s fund management group as managing director for the Northwest Louisiana Community Development Fund I. The $40-million vehicle, which was recently created, will finance real estate projects in the area, particularly those involving low and moderate-income communities. Dudley served as president and CEO of Dudley Enterprises, a company she formed in 1998 to distribute a medical and scientific products.[IMGCAP(2)] UGL Equis CHICAGO-The new director of finance in UGL Equis’ office here is Gregory T. Nagel. He will oversee the firm’s business financial analysis and accounting, and collect, interpret and report key financial data while developing and monitoring budgets. As director, Greg will guide financial decisions to drive positive returns for the company. Before coming to the firm, Nagel was involved in condominium development projects in Chicago. He also served as corporate controller at Pasquinelli Portrait Homes, a homebuilder based in Burr Ridge, IL.
