Sheffield Medical, at 1938 Peachtree Road near Piedmont Hospital, has approximately 72,000 rentable sf of office space and is 80% leased. Southern Crescent Centers, at 81 and 83 Upper Riverdale Road, have 41,000 sf and 57,000 sf, respectively.
With the addition of the Universal Health assignment, PM Realty leases, manages and provides engineering services for 19 million sf of commercial real estate in the Atlanta market. Notable buildings include Bank of America Plaza, One Buckhead Plaza, RiverEdge Summit and the Lenox Building.
