Midwest Custom Case Expands to 306,000 SF

UNIVERSITY PARK, IL-Midwest Custom Case Inc. has signed a lease for an additional 112,097 sf in the 455,892-sf building at 425 Crossings.

UNIVERSITY PARK, IL-Midwest Custom Case Inc. has signed a lease for an additional 112,097-sf of space at 425 Crossings, here. The company now leases 306,611 sf in the 455,892-sf industrial building, which is owned by Principal Financial. Representatives from Paine/Wetzel•Oncor International, which represented the company in the lease, were not available for comment.

Gerald Sullivan and Edward Wabick, both principals with Paine/Wetzel, represented Midwest in the lease transaction. Walter Murphy and Sally Macoicz, both with Cushman & Wakefield, represented Principal Financial. The company has occupied 194,514 sf in the building since 2006, soon after it was completed.
