Gerald Sullivan and Edward Wabick, both principals with Paine/Wetzel, represented Midwest in the lease transaction. Walter Murphy and Sally Macoicz, both with Cushman & Wakefield, represented Principal Financial. The company has occupied 194,514 sf in the building since 2006, soon after it was completed.
The tenant, which manufactures store fixtures, relocated from South Holland, IL, according to a released statement. The building was developed by Tinley Park, IL-based TCB Development, has 30 feet clear ceilings. This facility is in the University Crossing Industrial Park, located about two miles north of the four-way interchange at Monee/Manhattan Road and I-57. There is another building at the site, 500 Crossings, which is available for distribution or manufacturing use.
