The ICE investigations office is the latest in a streak of leasing successes at Camp Creek, which Duke Realty has been developing over the last four years. A total of five million sf of commercial "flex" space, which can be used for office or light-industrial purposes, is planned on the 454-acre site at Interstate 285 and Camp Creek Parkway, three miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

"Camp Creek Business Center and its surrounding amenity base make it a great location for a variety of uses," says Chris Brown, vice president with Duke Realty's Atlanta office. Other office tenants include Ford Motor Co., C.H. Robinson and Royal Bank of Scotland, and the park also houses logistics operations for Dick's Sporting Goods, Clorox and Hartsfield Warehouse.
