"Drawing from a 12-mile radius servicing more than 100,000 people, the shopping center has an impressive roster of national tenants that attract a large volume of shoppers," says Dovid Spector, NRDC's director of retail leasing. "We're pleased to have added another attractive retailer to the mix here."

Located at Exit 15 of I-78 in western New Jersey, the shopping center is anchored by its namesake Wal-Mart department store, and by a ShopRite supermarket and TJ Maxx. The signing also represents Sleepy's 160th store in the Garden State.

Wal-Mart Plaza currently offers up two units available for lease, according to Spector. Those two units are 3,000 sf and 2,160 sf respectively.
