Hobbico first occupied the building in mid-2001. Hobbico uses the facility for regional distribution in the Western US. Other tenants in the park include Russell Stover, Baker & Taylor, International Gaming Technology, AT&T, ARAMARK and Alcon Pharmaceuticals. The lease details were not immediately available; generally speaking, lease rates for existing warehouse buildings in the area range from $0.31 to $0.34 per sf (NNN).

Hobbico is the world's leading wholesale and retail distributor of radio-control hobby products. Based in Champaign, Illinois, the company's proprietary brands include Duratrax, Top Flite, Flyzone, AquaCraft Models, Great Planes, Tower Hobbies and Revell. Established in 1973, the distributor carries over 60,000 items from more than 400 manufacturers.

ProLogis is one of the largest providers of industrial space in Reno/Sparks, with 106 facilities totaling 16.4 million sf. ProLogis tenants in the market include Honeywell, Nestle, Barnes & Noble, Sherwin-Williams, Kuehne + Nagel and AT&T Communications.
