Binswanger Mexico increased its capability to serve multinational corporations throughout Mexico by hiring local experts Luis Gerard and Karl Binderberger. Gerard and Binderberger will work with the backing of Binswanger's home office and will operate out of Mexico City. As one of the biggest and widest reaching international real estate firms in the Mexican marketplace, Binswanger Mexico has served global companies such as ExxonMobil, Detroit Diesel Corp., Cummins, Amgen and Teleflex.
According to a released statement, Binswanger predicts Mexico's industrial properties will grow considerably, and the real estate company's current presence will help international clients gain success, insight and access to land throughout the country. Binswanger Mexico headquarters resides in Mexico City, with other local offices in Tijuana, Juárez, Monterrey, Querétaro and Hermosillo.
Binswanger also operates offices in Latin America countries such as Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Chile and Colombia.
On the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, Binswanger and Emmerson S.A. formed Binswanger Emmerson. Emmerson S.A. was one of Poland's leading real estate firms based in Warsaw. For the past 14 years, Emmerson S.A. expanded its services and broadened its group of professionals in an effort to serve local, national and international clients.
Binswanger Emmerson will serve the local and multinational requirements of the corporations throughout Poland by using the international real estate expertise of Binswanger with the local niche knowledge of Emmerson S.A. via single point of contact.
Jacek Bukala will run operations in Binswanger Emmerson headquarters in Warsaw while overseeing branches in Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdansk. Bukala has 15 years of experience and specializes in investment, due diligence, strategic portfolio planning, development, financial analysis, site selection, project management, implementation and acquisition/transaction negotiations.
Binswanger also operates offices in European countries such as France, Germany Denmark, Greece and Switzerland.
