Clearwire Inc., a Seattle-based wireless broadband provider, has leased 20,094 sf at Glenridge Point 200, a 93,851-sf office building. Russ Jobson and Brett Kingman of Colliers Spectrum Cauble negotiated the lease on Clearwire's behalf with Michael Wells, Highwoods' director of leasing.

Crawford & Co., an insurance services firm, also renewed its 14,000-sf lease at Glenridge Point 100, a 91,290-sf office building. Charles McDonald and Richard Bowers of Richard Bowers & Co. represented Crawford.

"Clearwire and Crawford & Co. help us further create a healthy mix or high-growth, high-credit users for our multi-tenant office properties," Wells said in a release. "The Central Perimeter's improved infrastructure, amenities and access to executive housing will continue to make it an attractive option for both companies new to the market and stalwarts like Crawford & Co."
