Kislak, Trade Up 1031 Form Alliance

WOODBRIDGE, NJ-The brokerage firm will market TIC replacement properties for the year-old Trade Up 1031.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ-The Kislak Co., locally based investment sales broker, has entered into an alliance with Trade Up 1031, a year-old West Chester, PA-based firm. Kislak will source investment-grade TIC replacement properties for Trade Up 1031, which has generated sales of more than $22 million in its initial year.

“The alliance will offer our clients seeking a 1031 exchange another option,” says Jeffrey Wiener, president and co-managing director of Kislak, in a statement, “by informing our clients of this alternative investment opportunity, they will find more suitable ways to meet their goals, whether they are income-generating, property consolidation or diversification.”
