DBN Markets Parkside Medical Center

LAGUNA HILLS, CA-DBN Development LLC has named NAI Capital to market space in the Laguna Hills-based development firm’s new 78,000-sf Parkside Medical Center project, the first phase of which is scheduled for completion in the fall in San Jacinto, CA. The Parkside project is now under way at 1091 W. Esplanade Ave., on the northeastern corner of Palm and Esplanade avenues.

Steve Delson, president of DBN, says that the multiple-phase medical center is designed to meet growing need for medical services in San Jacinto/Hemet area, where the population has grown substantially in recent years but services for the growing population have not kept pace. DBN is developing four other projects in the San Jacinto area.

Parkside Medical will be the first medical office facility of its type in the San Jacinto/Hemet valley area, notes Delson. The NAI Capital team that is marketing the property includes John Bosko, Bob Bush, Jeff Linklater and Daniel Walsh.
