Ground Breaks on Medical Office Buildings

FORT LAUDERDALE-Indianapolis, IN-based Lauth has begun development and construction of two class A medical office projects totaling 113,500 sf here and in New Port Richey. Both buildings, the values of which have not been disclosed, are set to open in one year.

Imperial Point Medical Arts Pavilion in Fort Lauderdale, being developed in partnership with Broward Health, is set to include 68,500 sf of medical office space in custom-designed suites. The building site is located on the campus of Imperial Point Medical center at 6401 North Federal Highway, an area that has not seen new class A medical office space for at least 30 years, says Brent Barnes, vice president of healthcare development at Lauth’s Orlando office.
