"Heritage Village at Lawrence provides us with a great opportunity to serve a demand for multifamily housing for senior in an area experiencing strong population growth," says Jeff Goldstein, COO and director of real estate for the Boston-based Boston Capital, in a statement. "We are very pleased to again be in partnership with Community Investment Strategies and offer seniors housing."

The community, on 2.6 acres, will be made up of 52 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a community room and senior-oriented social services, such as case management and nutrition programs. The community will also be powered by a solar electric power system.
