JLL Gets Massive Retail Assignment

MIAMI-Construction starts this summer on the 755,000-sf Kendall Town & Country Center.

MIAMI-Jones Lang LaSalle has been hired by TIAA-CREF as leasing agent for Kendall Town & Country Center, an open-air suburban retail complex on Kendall Drive near Florida’s Turnpike. Construction on the 755,000-sf project is set to start this summer with completion scheduled in a year.

“Kendall Town & Country Center is the kind of high-quality property that is consistent with our approach to real estate,” Denise Maxwell, asset management director for TIAA-CREF Global Real Estate, said in a release. She added that JLL’s involvement is expected to maximize the property’s value for both tenants and investors.
