"We are excited to be expanding in a building that offers first-class amenities at leasing costs substantially less than downtown rates," says Richard Caturano, president and CEO of Vitale. "The addition of this significant new space allows the firm to better meet the growing needs of a broad and diverse client base."

The regional, full-service CPA is gutting and renovating the 22,000-sf space before moving in, building a full-service kitchen and classic office space around a previously-installed state-of-the-art conference center--left-over from the former tenants. The building over-looks the USS Constitution--Old Ironsides--sitting in the Boston Navy Yards. The terms and price of the lease were not available by deadline.

Vitale Caturano is one of the fastest growing private companies in the US, feeling the expansion is necessary. When the company moves into the new space in August, they will be occupying 91,000 sf--the entirety of 80 City Sq. The lease was negotiated directly with the Stahl/Gateway I Development LLC, which owns the property.
