Rapidly Expanding CPA Secures 22,000 SF

CHARLESTOWN, MA-Locally based Vitale Caturano is expanding into the fourth floor of 80 City Sq. here, leasing-up the final 22,000 sf of the building.

CHARLESTOWN, MA-Locally based Vitale Caturano is expanding into the fourth floor of 80 City Sq. here, leasing-up the final 22,000 sf of the building. Caturano already occupies the lower three levels of the property, but is growing too quickly for the space. The company estimates that it will approach a 400-person staff by the time the new area is available–August of this year—as they continue to take on much of the secondary CPA work in the Boston-metropolitan area.

“We are excited to be expanding in a building that offers first-class amenities at leasing costs substantially less than downtown rates,” says Richard Caturano, president and CEO of Vitale. “The addition of this significant new space allows the firm to better meet the growing needs of a broad and diverse client base.”
