LAKE TAHOE, NV- The owners of Pinnacle Real Estate in Squaw Valley have sold a stake in their company in trade for a stake in two office of Chase International, a locally based luxury real estate company. As part of the transaction, Pinnacle Real Estate will become a Chase International franchise, giving Chase eight offices in the Reno-Tahoe area.

The founders of Pinnacle, Jeff Hamilton and Bill Murphy are now partners in ownership of the Tahoe City, Truckee and Squaw Valley offices with Trinkie Watson, previously the sole owner of the Tahoe City and Truckee offices. Joining Hamilton and Murphy is Tamara McKinney.
