Investment management firm Drum Capital will be relocating from its current headquarters offices at 18 Marshall St. in South Norwalk. Kevin Foley, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Drum Capital in the transaction.

Conopco Inc., the laundry products division of Unilever Home & Personal Care USA, has since relocated from 33 Benedict Ave. in Greenwich to the eighth floor of the Stamford Plaza building. Jay Hruska, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Conopco in the deal.

Margaret Carlson, portfolio director for RFR Realty, says that "the completion of these leases demonstrates the fact that deals are still being done in the midst of these challenging economic times. We've actually seen a flurry of leasing activity in our Stamford buildings, because we can offer tenants the benefits of a central location, all new property renovations and a great amenity package--all at highly competitive rents." RFR Realty has a portfolio of seven buildings totaling 1.8 million sf of office space in Stamford.
