STAMFORD, CT-RFR Realty LLC, the owner of the Stamford Plaza office complex here, has signed 35,000 sf of lease deals in three transactions. Drum Capital has leased 13,000 sf on the 10th floor of Four Stamford Plaza. Conopco Inc. has leased 15,000 sf at Three Stamford Plaza. Also, Penn Maritime, a barge and tugboat owner and operator, has renewed its lease for nearly 7,000 sf at the One Stamford Plaza.

Investment management firm Drum Capital will be relocating from its current headquarters offices at 18 Marshall St. in South Norwalk. Kevin Foley, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Drum Capital in the transaction.
