DENVER-The local office of Wood Partners has added Timothy McEntee, who will manage the multifamily developer's Colorado operations. The new director will lead the firm's expansion into the Denver Front Range area. Most recently in his 19-year career in the development business, McEntee was the controlling principal of Hibernia Holdings LLC, a firm he formed five years ago. He was also a senior partner at JPI, focusing on the West.

JACKSONVILLE, FL-Joyce Ranalli has joined WRH Realty Services Inc. as a regional director in the Southwest Florida region. She brings to the position more than 25 years of experience, particularly in the conventional, luxury, affordable housing, low income and senior living sectors. Ranalli will manage a diverse portfolio of communities and implement programs to add value to the assets. Based in St. Petersburg, WRH Realty Services has a 13,000-unit portfolio and handles multifamily investment, property management, construction and consulting in Florida, Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia, and has regional offices here and in Houston.
