Julie Mertins, assistant vice president of leasing with Prime Group Realty Trust, represented ownership in the lease transaction. Vic Toft and Jon Springer, both with CB Richard Ellis, represented the long-term tenant. A representative from Prime Group did not return a phone call seeking comment.

The tenant, which is a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of Porsche AG, provides automotive leasing and financing products to 212 dealers and customers in the US and Canada. The office center has visibility along Interstate 88 with the Porsche logo displayed on the top of the seven-story building..

The 167,756-sf building, which was constructed in 1987, is 79.6% leased, according to information on Prime Group's website. The asking lease rate for the building is between $12 per sf and $22 per sf. Building amenities include a deli, conference center and fitness center.
