Most of that space hit the market earlier this year when Verizon Wireless pulled out as part of its company-wide consolidation to the former AT&T headquarters campus in nearby Basking Ridge. SK Properties had acquired the building from Leggat McCall in 2005 and promptly signed Verizon Wireless to a long-term deal.

SK Properties is also set to launch a capital improvement program for the three-story building, built in 1985 on 22 acres near the intersection of Interstates 78 and 287. The availability is divisible to 4,500 sf, according to the brokers, and the space is currently listed with an asking price of $27.50 per sf plus TE. Current tenants include Beacon Health Care, ING and the Ethicon subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson.
