The property features 8,000 sf of office space on two floors as well as three loading docks and more than 25,000 sf of industrial space. It is located near Interstate 80 and Route 46. A company spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com that the proximity to the highway network of northern New Jersey as well as the property's corporate park setting attracted Fabbian, which was looking to relocate from Astoria, NY.
