Hubbard Street Realty Trust bought the property and requested to keep the financial terms of the deal confidential, according to a spokesman at CB Richard Ellis, the real estate firm that represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal. GlobeSt.com's requests for more information about the deal were denied because the clients wanted to keep financial information undisclosed and confidential.

ABC, represented by CBRE's Christopher Kutzler, will be relocating to a newly purchased facility in Souderton, PA. CBRE vice presidents Len Redeyoff and Paul Touhey of CBRE's industrial brokerage team represented Hubbard Street Realty Trust.

Harvey Industries, a subsidiary of the buyer, will move into 99 Buck Rd. Harvey is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium building products and is headquartered in Waltham, MA. This warehouse will be the company's second location in the Greater Philadelphia market.

The warehouse on 99 Buck Rd. features a 3,000 sf of office and show room space. Other extras include 16-foot and 18-foot ceiling heights, three tailgates, two drive-in doors and almost an acre of fenced outdoor storage space. The industrial center is on more than three acres and located close to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and near the entrance of the Veit Industrial Park near Street and County Line roads.
