33,421 sf Warehouse Sells in Four Days

WAYNE, PA-Former warehouse to ABC Supply sheds for undisclosed amount in lightning fast deal to Hubbard Street Realty Trust.

WAYNE, PA-A 33,421 sf warehouse on 99 Buck Rd. here was put on the market only to be snatched up in four days for an undeclared amount. The seller, ABC Supply Co., occupied the warehouse for eight years and used the building to store and distribute wholesale roofing, siding and windows.

Hubbard Street Realty Trust bought the property and requested to keep the financial terms of the deal confidential, according to a spokesman at CB Richard Ellis, the real estate firm that represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal. GlobeSt.com’s requests for more information about the deal were denied because the clients wanted to keep financial information undisclosed and confidential.

ABC, represented by CBRE’s Christopher Kutzler, will be relocating to a newly purchased facility in Souderton, PA. CBRE vice presidents Len Redeyoff and Paul Touhey of CBRE’s industrial brokerage team represented Hubbard Street Realty Trust.
