Promotions and new hires.

[IMGCAP(1)] Mortgage Bankers Association WASHINGTON, DC-Jamie Woodwell has risen in the ranks at this organization, landing at the post of vice president of commercial/multifamily research. He will continue to head up research on finance issues and will handle economic and policy analysis of legislative and regulatory proposals for the group, as well as provide the industry with information and interpretation on macroeconomic and capital market trends. Woodwell joined MBA in 2004 from Fannie Mae, where as manager of data initiatives for the multifamily group, he was charged with developing data standards for projects consolidating data from various business lines. The executive will continue to spearhead MBA’s surveys on commercial/multifamily production and servicing, producing reports, and will remain the staff representative for MBA’s commercial/multifamily research committee.

[IMGCAP(2)]Wells Fargo BOULDER, CO-Growing its multifamily financing services, Wells Fargo has added a new mortgage originator to its office here. Jennifer Quigley will specialize in apartment and healthcare products, with an emphasis on FHA programs, assisting clients across the country. Most recently in her 10-year career, Quigley served as a vice president at Capmark Finance Inc., where she restructured low income housing tax credit properties and was a LIHTC senior underwriter.
