Arp earlier this year completed the Harvard Business School Real Estate Finance Program of Harvard University's business school executive management program. "Donna Arp was a key part of this team," RCP founder and CEO Richard Myers says in a press release. "We will surely miss her tireless efforts to build RCP into a great company."

The 16-year-old company provides equity backing through a pool of investors in suburban office, residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use projects. Coming out of this month's deal stack is an investment for San Diego-based Sand and Sea Equity Group to develop a 13-story, 40,000-sf class A office condo and retail building on 0.11 acres near the historic Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park in Downtown San Diego. In Boston, Realty Capital Partners formed a limited partnership with a local firm, Brahma Development LLC, to buy and convert a 7,930-sf, six-story building into condominiums. The property is located in Beacon Hill, overlooking the Boston Public Garden and within walking distance of Boston Common.
