Dallas Moving & Storage, affiliated with Paul Arpin Van Lines, will exit 940 Hensley Lane in Wylie. Finish-out has begun on its new operations hub in the Summit's 140,908-sf building at 3100 Technology Dr. in the Central Plano Industrial Park. Al Leon of Leon Brothers Inc. in Dallas was the tenant rep while Majestic's man on the ground, Al Sorrel, scored the winning run that filled the project.
The City of Industry, CA-based Majestic Realty bought the development in May 2000. The sister building, located at 3101 Summit Ave., has 140,592 sf. Both buildings sport 28-foot clear heights and are a stone's throw from Texas 190 and US Hwy. 75. The office/warehouse space was on the market for $4 per sf, triple net.
