MIAMI-The company has named two executives to new posts. Oscar Marti will serve as director of sales for DYL Group, a developer of luxury condominiums, hotels, resorts and retail/mixed-use projects in South Florida. He will oversee the sales teams for all of the company’s projects, including the W Ft. Lauderdale Hotel & Residences, Infinity at Brickell and Europa-by-the-sea, as well as develop and launch a new international sales and marketing program. Marti will also have a say in the overall marketing efforts for DYL Group and its developments. In his career, Marti has worked with such firms as Fortune International Realty, Prudential Florida WCI Realty and Coldwell Banker Real Estate. Meanwhile, the firm has selected Jose Carlos Jimenez as sales executive for Infinity at Brickell, a luxury all-loft condominium tower rising in this city’s Brickell neighborhood. The 52-story, 459-unit project is slated for a fall completion. Jimenez is experienced in domestic and global sales, business development, training and team building. His resume includes posts at Fortune International Realty, B-Developments and MM Group Inc. Jimenez has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University.
[IMGCAP(2)]HUD WASHINGTON, DC-The new assistant secretary for Congressional and intergovernmental relations at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development is Sheila M. Greenwood. Recently confirmed by Senate and sworn in, Greenwood served as HUD’s deputy chief of staff since last October. As such, she assisted in the management of the department’s role in supporting the long-term disaster recovery along the Gulf Coast. Since then, she served as director of legislative affairs in the Office of the Federal Coordinator for Gulf Coast Rebuilding. She was also a senior member of the Department of Labor’s Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. Before going into the public sector, Greenwood was a vice president in the local office of Citigroup.
