David Saad and Chris Reynolds, both with CB Richard Ellis, represented US Foodservice in the lease transaction. Ryan O'Leary, VP with Duke's Chicago office group, represented Duke, which owns the three-building Riverway office complex. Representatives from Duke were not immediately available for comment.
The tenant will move into the expanded space later this month, according to a release from Duke. US Foodservice is consolidating its operations and, after the expansion, Riverway will have the largest amount of the company's personnel, according to the statement. The three-building office complex in the O'Hare submarket has a total of 878,711 sf. The complex includes a Marriott Suites Hotel. Other amenities include a 200-seat auditorium, fitness center, child care facility, restaurant and retail.
