MIAMI- Arquitectonica-designed residential development Icon Brickell has topped off with its NE and SE towers at 58 stories each and the Brickell Tower/Viceroy Hotel at 50 stories. The $800-million project, totaling 4.6 million sf in 1,794 units, is being developed by Miami-based Related Group and is expected to be ready for occupancy in October 2008.

The development, located at on Biscayne Bay at 501 Brickell Ave., will feature a 100-unit hotel managed by Kor in the Viceroy Tower. All three luxury condominium towers are designed around an expansive 15-story podium raised 100 feet above a stretch of the bay, offering views of the water, city and adjacent Miami Circle and Brickell Park.
