The new Coreland assignments are Diamond Hills Plaza in Diamond Bar, Canyon Springs in Riverside, Laguna Hills Plaza in Laguna Hills, Santa Ana Plaza in Santa Ana, Rosewood Center in Bellflower, Del Amo Plaza in Cerritos and Gridley Plaza in Artesia. The various leasing assignments will be handled by the team of Matt Hammond, Bryan Bauer, Thomas Tway and Tim Muller, according to Steven Hogberg, Coreland's senior vice president of leasing and sales.

Diamond Hills Plaza is a 155,000-sf neighborhood shopping center at 2751 S. Diamond Bar Blvd., with tenants including Super H Mart and Rite Aid. It is owned by Country Hills Holding LLC (Sarofin Realty Advisors) of Dallas.

Canyon Springs is a 150,000-sf promotional shopping center at 2744 Canyon Springs Parkway, where Coreland's assignment includes leasing a 31,500-sf space that was formerly occupied by Linens 'N Things. Tenants include Best Buy and Michaels. The center is owned by Canyon Springs Associates Ltd. of Los Angeles.

Laguna Hills Plaza is a 108,000-sf neighborhood shopping center at 24791-24901 Alicia Parkway and includes tenants Chicks Sporting Goods and Big Lots. Milan Properties of Anaheim is the owner.

Santa Ana Plaza 90,000-sf neighborhood center located at the southwest corner of Harbor Boulevard and McFadden Avenue; it includes tenants Northgate-Gonzalez Markets and Autozone. The owner is Barrett Development of Anaheim.

Rosewood Center is a 60,000-sf neighborhood strip center at 10040-10148 Rosecrans Ave. and 14323-14329 Woodruff Ave.; Del Amo Plaza is a 56,000-sf neighborhood center at 11803-11899 Del Amo Blvd. and 20224-20226 Pioneer Blvd. that is occupied by Bally's, Starbucks and Quiznos. Gridley Plaza is a 31,000-sf mixed-use neighborhood center at 18300 Gridley Rd. All three are owned by Barker Pacific Group of Los Angeles.
