Both facilities are located on the Pease International Tradepost--a former air base and current public airstrip. The growing company needs the extra office space for its "rapidly swelling employee base." Alpha is consolidating its operations closer to its 29-aircraft fleet with this 10-year lease. Margot McKean and Bob Marchewka from locally based Kane Co. represented the seller, 325 Corporate Dr. LLC. The terms and price of the lease have not been disclosed by the company or their broker at this time.

Alpha Flying offers fractional ownership of smaller, private aircraft, most notably the Pilatus PC-12. The owner can share the cost of gas, maintenance, storage and upkeep with other owners. Originally a locally-based company, it has begun expanding throughout the US, most recently into Atlanta.

In nearby Durham, NH, Tom & Elizabeth Robinson nabbed a 26-unit student housing complex for $4.2 million. The couple will keep the three-story facility as student-housing for the University of New Hampshire students. There are approximately 90 beds in the facility, originally developed by Marcia I. Nescot Revocable Trust in 1947. This is the first time the trust has parted ways with its complex.
