Despite Economy New Hampshire Deals Closing

PORTSMOUTH, NH-Regardless of oil price concerns, Alpha Flying Inc.–a local fractional aircraft ownership company–is expanding into 13,600 sf at 325 Corporate Dr. here. The aircraft company is already leasing a hangar/office facility in Portsmouth, of which they take up the entire 84,000 sf at 115 Flightline Rd.

Both facilities are located on the Pease International Tradepost–a former air base and current public airstrip. The growing company needs the extra office space for its “rapidly swelling employee base.” Alpha is consolidating its operations closer to its 29-aircraft fleet with this 10-year lease. Margot McKean and Bob Marchewka from locally based Kane Co. represented the seller, 325 Corporate Dr. LLC. The terms and price of the lease have not been disclosed by the company or their broker at this time.

Alpha Flying offers fractional ownership of smaller, private aircraft, most notably the Pilatus PC-12. The owner can share the cost of gas, maintenance, storage and upkeep with other owners. Originally a locally-based company, it has begun expanding throughout the US, most recently into Atlanta.
