HOUSTON-In a straight-up renewal, Kinder Morgan Texas Terminals LP is holding fast to two buildings, totaling 87,750 sf, just a few miles west of the Port of Houston’s ship channel. The three-year tenant inked a second medium-term lease for the industrial space, waiving an upgrade package.

The Houston-based Kinder Morgan division occupies 8825 and 8827 Mississippi St., a warehouse and manufacturing combo positioned on 4.5 acres. The grade-level buildings are 33,975 sf and 53,856 sf, with clear heights from 16 feet to 30 feet.
