BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA-Quinlan Private Golub is building the new 22,800 sm (245,000 sf) Emporia Towers office complex here in the Petrzalka district. The area, an international crossroads that accounts for a quarter of the country’s GDP, enjoys a completely full Class A office market, according to the company.

Frantisek Halaszik, head of project management for the firm, said in a statement that companies such as AT&T, UPC, Lenovo, and Siemens have moved to the district. “Petrzalka is on its way to become a business destination of choice for large multinationals,” he said in the statement. The area also boasts the Aupark shopping and entertainment center.
