Aliso Viejo-based Parker notes that the Renaissance ClubSport is the first full-service hotel in Aliso Viejo. The boutique-style hotel is managed by Marriott for Leisure Sports Inc. and R.D. Olson of Aliso Viejo.

Lee Redmond, CEO of Parker Properties, says that a fitness center and hotel were part of the planning for the Summit development from its inception more than 10 years ago.
