Tech Company Leases 21,000 SF

OLD BRIDGE, NJ-Irvine, CA-based Broadcom will occupy nearly half of Denholtz's new Metropark South II building here.

OLD BRIDGE, NJ-Denholtz Associates has found a major tenant for its brand-new Metropark South II office building in the form of Broadcom Corp. The Irvine, CA-based Broadcom, a tech company focused on semiconductors for wired and wireless communications, has signed a full-floor lease for 21,000 sf at the three-story, 53,000-sf building.

The Rahway, NJ-based Denholtz was represented in-house by leasing director Steve Geltzeiler. Broadcom was represented by Kim Josephson of Real Tech Inc., based in Irvine. Terms were not released.

Geltzeiler says that “this is a significant transaction. This lease reflects the ability of Metropark South II to meet the requirements of tenants like Broadcom.”
