The 10,321-sf lease, on the entire 26th floor of the 493,338-sf building, is for a five-year term. CB Richard Ellis' Robert Martin and Ben Cooley represented the tenant. Arthur Bocchi of Paramount, represented the landlord internally.
Paramount purchased 745 Fifth Ave. in 2002 for a reported $270 million from RREEF. Building features, according to Paramount's website, include a complete lobby restoration, new operable windows on all floors, views of Central Park and Midtown Manhattan and 24-hour security.
