Shufro, Rose & Co Renew at 745 Fifth Ave.

NEW YORK CITY-The private wealth company renews the entire 26th floor at the Paramount Group property for five years. Asking rent at the building is $145 per sf.

NEW YORK CITY-Private wealth company Shufro, Rose & Co. LLC has renewed its lease at the locally based Paramount Group Inc.’s 745 Fifth Ave. Asking rent at the 35-story property is $145 per sf.

The 10,321-sf lease, on the entire 26th floor of the 493,338-sf building, is for a five-year term. CB Richard Ellis’ Robert Martin and Ben Cooley represented the tenant. Arthur Bocchi of Paramount, represented the landlord internally.
