Charter School Grabs 33,083 SF

LEWISVILLE, TX-In a quick-turning deal, Responsive Education Solutions has leased the 33,083-sf balance of the 55,000-sf Corporate Tech Center in Waters Ridge Business Park. The flex office space, secured by a five-year lease, will be ready to light for the charter school’s fall semester.

Tim O. Terrell, executive vice president and partner of Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners LP, tells GlobeSt.com that school administrators took practically as-is office space to pour their tenant-improvement allowance into creating classrooms in the single-story building at 1800 Lakeway Dr. The tenant’s rep was Russell Chase of Axis Realty Solutions in Lewisville.
