The deal was brokered for the tenant by principal James Scancarella and advisor Tina Brodsky of CresaPartners; the Rahway, NJ-based Denholtz was represented in-house by leasing director Steven Geltzeiler. Terms were not released; availabilities in the three-story, 118,000-sf building, are currently listed with an asking price of $23 per sf.

"This renewal and expansion is the second transaction we've consummated for Jack Henry & Associates," says Scancarella. "We worked closely with the firm's out-of-state representative, Timothy Fisher of Fisher and Associates to complete this transaction and expand their space by approximately 75%." The out-of-state co-broker is based in Prairie Village, KS.
