Asking rate for the remaining space will be $24 per sf, triple net, Joe Bradely, a broker with Manekin, tells GlobeSt.com. He did not know the developments of the new building, located at 103 Bata Blvd.

Water's Edge Corporate Campus is a $60 million, 467,000-sf mixed-use project being developed by Manekin and Alex Brown Realty, at the intersection of Routes 40 and 543. Upon completion, Water's Edge will comprise four mid-rise office buildings and four single-story office/retail buildings, as well as a hotel, restaurant and some entertainment facilities.

The campus' first two one-story office buildings are occupied by Bay Gull Grill, Henning & Cole, Long & Foster, Ranstad and Dr. Surendra Milak. GW Stephens & Associates, Logistics Management Institute, Applied Research, Regal Decisions, STEM International, TSLP, Booz Allen Hamilton, Ellin & Tucker, Chartered; D&S Consulting, MSA, The Survice Engineering Co., MITRE Corp., Engineering and Professional Services Corp., SafeNet, and CACI Corp. occupy the first three mid-rise office buildings.

In September the company hopes to break ground on a five-story, 125,000-sf, class A office, Bradley says.
