In the larger of the two deals, Zeta Interactive has taken just less than 18,900 sf on the second floor of the three-story, 152,000-sf asset. Zeta, a New York City-based digital marketing agency, was represented by Brian Cass of the local office of Jones Lang LaSalle. The Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co., which has a regional office here, was represented in-house by vice president Rick Genthe.
In the second signing, McKesson Information Solutions has taken 11,059 sf on the building's first floor. The San Francisco-based healthcare services and tech company was represented by Nick Hilton, an associate in the Saddle Brook, NJ office of CB Richard Ellis, while Lincoln was once again represented by Genthe.
"We welcome Zeta Interactive and McKesson Information Solutions to the building," Genthe says, in a statement. "We were able to meet the needs of these tenants in a timely manner."
The terms of the two leases were not disclosed, however, the availabilities had been listed with an asking price of $25 per sf. The latest signings effectively fill the building, which has Delta Dental Plan of NJ as its primary tenant. The latter signed a 10-year lease extension for nearly 90,000 sf in mid-2005, and the building subsequently underwent a capital improvement program tied to that lease extension.
Completed in 1979, Parsippany Commerce Center is located just off a four-way interchange of I-287. The site is also near the intersection of that route with I-80.
