Project Advances With Leasing Assignment

TRENTON-J.G. Petrucci is aiming to build 108,000 sf of light industrial space on seven acres within the Enterprise Ave. Redevelopment Zone.

TRENTON-The J.G. Petrucci Co. was picked by city officials earlier this year to redevelop a seven-acre industrial site within the Enterprise Avenue Redevelopment Area, and that project has taken another step forward. That step comes in the form of the leasing assignment for the project.

That assignment has gone to Newmark Knight Frank, and it encompasses two light industrial buildings totaling 108,000 sf. The site, once occupied by Carter Wallace and Federated Metals, whose buildings have been demolished, has been renamed the Enterprise Ave. Industrial Park.
