Regal was represented in the signing by Kirk Miller of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, and landlord Mack-Cali was represented in-house by leasing director Tim O'Brien. The lease carries a term of 10 years. Further details were not released. Available space amounting to approximately 12,700 sf in the 74%-leased building is currently listed with an asking price ranging from $5 per sf for flex space to $11 per sf for offices.

Mack-Cali's surrounding Moorestown West Corporate Center occupies 116 acres in South Jersey's Burlington County. Its building stock consists of 25 buildings adding up to more than one million sf of office, flex and W/D space.
