And owner Hillside Office Park LLC, a local group headed by Mel Fishman, has hired Newmark Knight Frank to find tenants for the availabilities. For the latter, principal Seena Stein, director Philip Grosse and associate Jason Grosse of the firm's Rutherford, NJ office are handling the assignment.
"The owners are ready to deliver custom-built office space," Stein says. "That space ranges from full floorplates to smaller units. The buildings have recently undergone an interior renovation, and the offices can be divisible to 5,000 sf."
The office space available in Building A is currently listed with an asking price of $21 per sf, for five-year and 10-year terms. Warehouse space available on-site is listed with an asking price of $6.50 a foot.
The complex was at one time fully occupied by Bristol-Myers Squibb, which has reconfigured its statewide real estate holdings but continues to maintain a presence here. Other current tenants include the Healthcare Institute of New Jersey, detergent manufacturer Monarch Crown Corp., and My Policy Space Insurance.
