JV Fund Adds Value to Portfolio Properties

NEW YORK CITY-Anticipated investments in the Fund will likely total between $500 million and $750 million, of which Berman Enterprises is supplying at least 10%.

NEW YORK CITY-Locally based Giuliani Partners LLC and Berman Enterprises LP have partnered to pursue investment opportunities in the real estate sector through the Berman Enterprises Opportunity Fund. Anticipated investments in the Fund will likely total between $500 million and $750 million, of which Berman Enterprises is supplying at least 10%.

Giuliani Partners is a management consulting firm founded by former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, with experience in urban planning, economic development, real estate, and global management consulting. According to Giuliani Partners, it will leverage its industry expertise to source deals and add value to portfolio properties.

Berman Enterprises, a Washington, DC-based real estate development company, will utilize industry knowledge and track record of success in capital markets to structure the transactions and enhance the value of the investments.
