Landlord L&L Park 80 LLC of New York City was represented by first VP Cheryl Hardt of CB Richard Ellis, which has its main New Jersey at the two-building Park 80 West. GVA Williams NJ's SVP Bryn Cinque and assistant VP Leslie Meril represented the tenant. Terms were not released; availabilities at Park 80 West are listed with rent "negotiable."
Park 80 West's Plaza I building, home to Rotenberg Meril, total 224,000 sf of office space on eight floors. Its companion Plaza II building totals 264,000 sf on 11 floors.
The renewal also marks the second such signing in recent days at the complex. As reported by GlobeSt.com, insurer JBA re-signed for its 26,777-sf space.
